These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Discover Caraïbes website, accessible at https://www.discovercaraibes.com (“the Site”), together with all content, services and features offered on it.
Accessing and browsing the Site constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms by the user (“the User”).

3. Access to the site
The Site is freely accessible to any User with an internet connection. All costs associated with such access (computer equipment, internet connection, etc.) are the User’s sole responsibility.
Discover Caraïbes uses all reasonable means at its disposal to ensure quality access to the Site, but is under no obligation to achieve this result.
Discover Caraïbes reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or restrict access to all or part of the Site at any time, in particular for maintenance purposes, without prior notice or compensation.
4. Purpose and content of the site
The Site is intended to present editorial content, tourist information and digital travel guides relating to the French Caribbean, and to enable the purchase of certain of these contents under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Discover Caraïbes strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information it publishes, but cannot guarantee its completeness or its permanence over time (in particular schedules, prices, regulations, weather or health conditions).
5. Intellectual property
All elements of the Site (text, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, videos, site structure, layout, database, etc.) are protected under the French Intellectual Property Code and remain the exclusive property of Discover Caraïbes, unless otherwise stated.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the Site, by any means or process whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of Discover Caraïbes.
Any unauthorised use of the Site or of any of the elements it contains will be considered an infringement and may result in legal action.

6. User accounts
Where account creation is required to access certain services, the User agrees to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information upon registration.
The User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.
Discover Caraïbes reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in the event of a breach of these Terms.
7. User obligations and conduct
By using the Site, the User agrees to:

12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute concerning their interpretation or performance, the parties will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution.
Failing an amicable agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection provisions.
